1. Overview

InCircle Media Network ("InCircle", "we", "our") operates the InCircle cross-platform application providing hyper-local news reporting, community social feeds, short-form video reels ("Flash"), and verified reporter creator programs. This policy explains how your information is handled.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Identification: When registering via Google Sign-In or authenticating as a creator, we collect your name, email address, unique profile handle, and profile picture.
• User Generated Content: Photos, short videos ("Flash Reels"), captions, news bulletins, polls, comments, and interactions (likes, saves, views) you publish on the platform.
• Precise & Approximate Location: Foreground location permissions (GPS) are requested to pinpoint your mandal/district and serve relevant local news and community updates.
• Media & Device Storage: Access to camera and gallery to allow capturing and uploading photos, videos, and avatars.
• Device Identifiers & Push Tokens: FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) tokens to deliver news alerts, milestone updates, and moderation notifications.
• Partner Payout Details: UPI handles provided voluntarily by accredited reporters for milestone compensation and cash grants.

3. Infrastructure & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell user data. InCircle relies on the following infrastructure partners to deliver services securely:

• Google Cloud & Firebase: Authentication (Google Sign-In), real-time database management (Firestore), app distribution, and cloud telemetry.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Secure object storage (Amazon S3) and Content Delivery Networks (CloudFront CDN) for streaming videos, photos, and news media.

4. Data Retention, Account Deletion & Rights

• Content Removal: You can delete your posts, reels, and news bulletins directly from your profile at any time.
• Account Deletion: You may request complete account and data erasure directly within the application or by contacting our desk at incircle.admin369@gmail.com. Upon verification, all associated records are permanently purged.

5. Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy

InCircle is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly gather personal information from minors. For our dedicated safety and CSAM zero-tolerance practices, view our Child Safety Standards.
